Adorn the shrine of faith with your blood
Cognitive dissonant chords of life go by
The truth is absolute, nothing will be forgiven

That which has weakness will always follow
Will drink from the vial put before them
Covering their eyes with the illusion of another
For fear of finding a truth they can't accept
For they grasp in desperation onto the fabric of lies

Each day we burrow further down into our grave
With no honour or reason to have been
Devoted still to a specific tale we tell ourselves again and again

Yet we continue to rot among each other
An endless stream of meaningless individuals

No value can come from them
Consumed by consumption
A carcass void of wit
They know not who they are
Nor that they're all tethered to the same

Drinking from the vial set before them
Their poisoned minds lead them to destruction
Weighed down by false illusions; they rot
They will never transcend
Gorging on the black bile expelled before them

Their pathetic minds have led them to failure
Wraiths to our chimera, that which is yet to come
